Parade Registration Form

Mystic Krewe of the Seahorse Parades are for golf cart or walking groups. Motor Vehicles such as 4 Wheelers, Cars, Trucks and Jeeps are not allowed. Position is the parade lineup is on a first come first serve basis.  Spots may not be held for others.  All drivers will have to pass a breathalyzer test before they may drive in the parade.  All costumes and decorations must be family friendly.

Hold Harmless Indemnity Clause

I understand that by checking the box below I agree to the following:

The undersigned, as the Parade Participant/Applicant/Cart owner/Occupant/Driver, Passenger and for himself/herself and his/hers heirs, administrators, passengers and riders, and any and all assigns, assignees and anyone else claiming an interest derived from such person, does hereby release, discharge, hold harmless the Mystic Krewe of the Seahorse (MKOTSH), Lundi Gras Parade, Pirate Day in the Bay, (PDITB), its/their agents, representatives, servants and anyone action for and on behalf of the MKOTSH and LUNDI GRAS/PDITB from any action, claim or lawsuit arising out of, directly or indirectly, the parade and associated activities with the Parade of the MKOTSH/PDITB.  The undersigned does further agree to indemnify the MKOTSH/LUNDI GRAS/PDITB from any claim(s), action(s), suit(s), or otherwise arising, directly and/or indirectly from the Mystic Krewe of the Seahorse LUNDI GRAS/PDITB Parades.  Indemnification includes-indemnifying the MKOTSH and its agents and representatives from any action brought by or against said person and/or the MKOTSH by third parties as a result of any/or related to any injury(s) and/or damage(s) the undersigned my have cause or contributed to, while participating therein.

 

 This release and indemnify applies to "The Mystic Krewe of the Seahorse Inc., its agents, representatives, directors, members and anyone on their behalf, the MKOTSH/LUNDI GRAS/PDITB's float, the owner(s) of the vehicle pulling the float and the driver(s) of the vehicle transporting individuals for such parade and float".

 

 This release is for any and all such claims, causes of actions, and damages of whatsoever kind, including costs and attorney's fees, if any, which may result from, arise from either directly and/or indirectly from such activity(s), for any injury/damage or death of the undersigned while participation in any Mystic Krewe of the Seahorse Inc.'s LUNDI GRAS/ PDITB in Bay St. St. Louis, and any and all events associated therewith in claim arising therefrom.

Type of Entry - Price includes a 3.5% processing fee.
