Ahoy, matey! Ready to chart a course through the finest taverns in the Bay?

Join our crew for a swashbucklin’ Treasure Hunt & Pub Crawl, where every stop brings you closer to uncovering the hidden treasure… and enjoying a well-earned drink along the way. 🍹

Your journey begins at Pirate Central, where ye’ll claim your wristband, map, and first clue. From there, set sail across town to each participating tavern—every stop holds a piece of the puzzle.

🗺️ How it Works:

Pick up your wristband, map, and clues at Pirate Central
Visit each listed pub (chart your own course, captain 🧭)
At every stop, uncover a clue that brings you closer to the final treasure
Enjoy one designated drink at each location—your bounty is included 🍻
Piece it all together before time runs out

💰 Tickets: $30 per pirate

⏰ Time: 5:00 PM – 9:30 PM

This be a 21+ voyage only—no landlubbers allowed
Ye can register at the event… but beware: the lines grow longer than a sea serpent 🐍

The Pirate Day in the Bay Costume Contest is calling all scallywags, captains, mermaids, and mischief-makers to show up and show out.

Whether you’re going full swashbuckler, spooky sea creature, or wildly creative pirate-inspired look—this is your moment to take center stage.

Membership Application/Dues

Membership is subject to approval by the Mystic Krewe of the Seahorse Board of Directors. Member applications will be reviewed at each monthly board meeting. New members will be notified via email when their application is accepted.

Membership runs during the calendar year from Jan - Dec.

Parade Registration

Mystic Krewe of the Seahorse Parades are for golf cart or walking groups. Motor Vehicles such as 4 Wheelers, Cars, Trucks and Jeeps are not allowed. Position is the parade lineup is on a first come first serve basis. Spots may not be held for others. All drivers will have to pass a breathalyzer test before they may drive in the parade. All costumes and decorations must be family friendly.

The Mystic Krewe of the Seahorse (MKOTSH), an IRS Status 501c (4) non-profit organization, seeks annual sponsorships for all 2026 events!

MKOTSH, a distinguished non-profit organization, voted Hancock County non-profit of the year in 2022, stands as a dynamic catalyst devoted to nurturing tourism, education, and economic development within the bounds of Mississippi’s Hancock County.

Our mission comes alive through signature events, most notably the highly anticipated annual Lundi Gras Parade and the iconic Pirate Day in the Bay (PDITB) celebration. MKOTSH also hosts the annual Seahorse Open Golf Scramble, Pirate Beach Invasion and Mutiny in the Bay Pirate Party.

MKOTSH events garner local news coverage, as well as social media promotion. In addition to media coverage, PDITB was recognized twice by Mississippi Magazine, ‘2021 MList Travel’/‘2022 Best of MS Travel’ and awarded the Southeast Tourism’s ‘Top 20’ events in the Southeast.

MKOTSH gave over $21,000 in donations and scholarships in 2025. Your contribution will helpus to increase our donations and scholarship offerings to Hancock County students.
