8 am Shotgun Start. The fee includes: greens fees, cart, prizes and lunch.
You can register as a solo golfer, a pair, a trio, or a complete team of four. If you sign up alone, we will assign you to a group to form a team of four. For pairs or trios, we will endeavor to keep you together to complete a team of four.
The first golfer will be assigned as the contact person for the team.

One team in tournament, plus 18 x 24 hole sponsor sign placed at a hole with your name, corporate logo or any custom message you prefer. $500
One team in tournament, 16 Mulligans for the team (4 per golfer) and 2 18x24 hole sponsor signs with your name, corporate logo or any custom message you prefer. $600
Release, Hold Harmless and Indemnity Agreement
The undersigned, as the Parade Participant/Applicant/Cart owner/occupant/driver, Passenger and for himself/herself and his/her heirs, administrators, passengers, riders, and any and all assigns, assignees and anyone else claiming an interest derived from such person, does hereby release, discharge, and hold harmless the Mystic Krewe of the Seahorse (MKOTSH), SEAHORSE OPEN GOLF SCRAMBLE, its/their agents, representatives, servants and anyone acting for and on behalf of the MKOTSH from any action, claim or lawsuit arising out of, directly or indirectly from the MKOTSH Seahorse Open Golf Scramble, and associated activities with the Seashore Open on Oct. 18, 2024. The undersigned does further agree to indemnify the MKOTSH, its agents and representatives for any claim(s), action(s), suit(s), or otherwise arising, directly and/or indirectly from the MKOTSH Seahorse Open Golf Scramble on Oct. 18, 2024. Indemnification includes-indemnifying the MKOTSH and its agents and representative from any action brought by or against said person and/or the MKOTSH by third parties as a result of and/or related to any injury(s) and/or damage(s) the undersigned may have cause or contributed to, while participating therein.

This release and indemnify applies to "The Mystic Krewe of the Seahorse, Inc., its agents, representatives, directors, members and anyone on their behalf, resulting and/or directly related and/or indirectly related from the Seahorse Open Golf Scramble, on Oct. 18, 2024".

This release is for any and all such claims, causes of actions, and damages of whatsoever kind, including costs and attorney fees, if any, which. may arise and/or resulting from either directly and/or indirectly from such activity(s), for any injury/damage or death of the undersigned while participation in the MKOTSH Seahorse Open Golf Scramble in Bay St. Louis, and any and all events associated therewith on Oct. 18, 2024.
